You have a 360° picture of each of your projects. Can you tell us more about the realization of the restaurant Ölmüle in Hattersheim?

The « Alte Ölmüle » is under monument protection, so for us it was the first project where we were able to work with a truly historical building. The structure was very dilapidated, but had a beautiful substance under thousands of layers of plaster and paint. We scratched them off and uncovered the old walls and wooden beams and made them visible. When it came to the interior design and the selection of the materials used, we made sure to carefully supplement the existing building with consistently genuine and sustainable materials.

 

And finally your favourite from the Petite Friture collections?

The classy Vertigo suspension lamp of course and the daybed from the Grid collection!
