Wander Small mirror - Emerald/Cherry

Born out of a free-flowing undertaking, the Wander wall mirrors started out as a painting and collage project. The collection intends to offer a mind-drifting experience through gesture and imagery, and offers a window out onto a light-hearted, joyful world.

The mirror’s top-quality glass features a colour stain obtained using a highly meticulous bicolor laser printing technique. The collection is entirely manufactured in France.

The large wall mirror from the Wander collection features a smart, robust hanging system that levitates the mirror on the wall, projecting its colors with a halo effect.

The mirror can be only hanged vertically.

After graduating from ENSCI-Les Ateliers, Amandine Chhor and Aïssa Logerot kick-started their careers working in architecture and design studios for five years, as well as for companies such as Hermès. Between 2009 and 2012, they collaborated on contemporary design projects, using sustainable artisanal techniques, in developing countries such as Cambodia, Morocco and Cameroon. The duo founded their own design studio in Paris in 2013, with the aim of creating objects that tell a story and achieve a perfect balance between function, form and production technique. Passionate about materials, arts and crafts, and industrial manufacturing processes, they design products and furniture that are functional yet simplistic.

A small colourful mirror

Colour is a powerful marker of Petite Friture’s identity. It therefore isn’t a surprise that the Wander collection ended up in our selection of mirrors. 
The collection offers a palette of unique, bold colours which are subtly matched with a secondary colour. When they are displayed all together, the wall mirrors make up a mosaic of filled and empty spaces that allow for a variety of compositions.


The different sizes the Wander mirrors come in offer infinite design possibilities. For instance, you can hang the Wander collection’s small wall mirror in a bathroom, above a bed to add depth to the room, or in a hallway to create a special atmosphere.
