THE WEEK-END COLLECTION JOINS THE ARTS 56 PROJECT IN BRUSSELS

The Week-End outdoor collection was selected by NCBHAM agency to decorate the headquarters’ interior garden of Befimmo, a property manager.

Located in the very heart of Brussels, the Arts 56 building is typical of the architecture of the 1960s: a raw and minimalist style, noble and durable materials like natural stone and precious wood.

Inside, the approach is functional, with spacious but well-defined areas.

The agency kept the original materials while opening up and linking the initially separate spaces, anchoring them around the central garden.

An impressive custom-made carpet creates a graphic landscape, defining and crossing different areas with different colors: it starts at the entrance of the building, continues along the corridor leading to the restaurant and connects to the garden.
The carpet has a very varied yet harmonious mix of colors.

The Week-End collection completes and accentuates this graphic and geometric effect, with a new play on colors.
The choice of pieces from the Week-End collection has once again made it possible to delimit several spaces and allow for different uses:

• a first area for relaxation with garden chairs and coffee tables
• a second area for lunch or work with garden chairs and tables
• a third area with high stools and tables

NCBHAM celebrated the building’s architectural heritage through this project, incorporating the dynamism and functionality required today.
