FRANCIS MIRRORS WATCH OVER ROCKWELL EAST APARTHOTEL GUESTS

English designer Tom Barlett from Waldo Works agency designed the interior of the Shoreditch-based aparthotel rooms and communal areas

Rockwell East is located in East London’s hype and arty Shoreditch quarter. Waldo Works design studio was founded by British designer Tom Bartlett, an AD 100 regular, who was commissioned by the Rockwell East with decorating the bedrooms and communal areas of the hotel complex. Bartlett designed the interior following a sky-inspired theme, mingling varying shapes and colours. The poetic watercolour pattern of the blue Francis mirrors are dotted around the fifty or so hotel apartments.
